Oud Premier by Macoré is an Extrait de Parfum with a 25 % fragrance oil concentration, produced in Grasse and bottled in Germany. A spicy-sweet scent with a woody backbone and clear positioning: high-end niche at a designer price. On the market since May 2026, with a registered trademark.
Behind Macoré are two founders who started as participants in my online workshop „The Scent of Success“. They brought the vision and the palate. Fragrance development, production, regulatory, packaging, and brand strategy: five disciplines that Heinsson Perfumer has supported as a full-service partner.

Fragrance development
Three initial drafts, several rounds of refinement over months, one approved final version. An Extrait de Parfum with a 25% perfume oil concentration calls for maturation and fine-tuning to yield the intended result. The perfume oil comes from a Grasse manufacturer that also supplies international houses. Bottling follows GMP standards in Germany. The final composition lives up to its positioning on the skin.

Production & Compliance
CPSR through an English service provider, Product Information File, IFRA documentation, GMP compliance. The side of the business that never features in an Instagram post, yet without it no perfume can legally be sold. Then the entire production coordination: contracting the fragrance oil manufacturer in Grasse, delivery to the German filling house, managing service providers across three countries. A chain where one delayed link can shift the entire timeline.

Brand & Design
Folding carton design with thermal transfer details, sample cards, stickers: complete packaging tailored to a high-end positioning. Several rounds of print data optimization are part of the process, as offset printing and on-screen display rarely align on the first attempt. Alongside this, support for a trademark conflict with the original name, DPMA registration, and EAN codes. Close guidance allowed the founders to handle many operational steps on their own.
